Returns
We hope that your purchase brings you the vibes you were hoping for! If for any reason you are not happy with the pieces you have purchased, or if there is something incorrect with your order. We are happy to refund, exchange, or credit any full-price orders where:
- A returns request has been made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Your returned item has been sent within 7 days of return request approval and Vacay Atelier has been provided with a tracking number.
- Items must be unused with all tags attached and intact and not damaged.
- Items must be free from makeup and perfume (so please be mindful of this when trying your garments on).
Please note
- Return postage charges are the responsibility of the sender unless the garment is faulty in which case please email hello@vacayatelier.com.au for assessment.
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- Unauthorised or late returns will not be accepted or processed.
Exclusions: Due to health considerations, swimwear and earrings are non-returnable.
Process for Returns
- Email info@vacayatelier.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number in the subject line.
- Await approval from the customer service team.
- Once approved, post the item back to the given address within 7 days using a tracked courier.
- Send hello@vacayatelier.com.au your tracking number (returns cannot be processed without a supplied tracking number).
Wait for your item to reach us (please allow 14 business days), where it will be checked reviewed. Once approved we will issue you with your chosen method of exchange, refund or store credit. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
